Arts & Crafts Renovations
This Sears kit home was ready for some major improvements. The cheaply built screened in porch had to go and the kitchen was very ready for a change. We designed a small but highly functional entry / mudroom with storage and a new kitchen in quarter sawn white oak. The sunroom addition gave this smallish house a much used new living space. A new oak stairway replaces the old.
